Parking for Rams games hits $200 and up — good news for mass transit backers

According to Donald Shoup, an urban planning professor at UCLA and expert in the economics and availability of parking, there’s a bright side to the exorbitant parking rates at Rams games: $300 parking spaces may motivate more game attendees to ride public transit.
