Glen Macdonald sheds light on disparities between water restriction policies throughout SoCal neighborhoods

Synopsis: The L.A. Times featured Macdonald in a recent article, which discussed how different regions in California may expect to see policy changes depending on their water allocation needs. 

UCLA News: Macdonald discussed the challenges pertaining to water restriction policies. “There are different water sources throughout the state, and different dependencies on those water sources, …  If everyone understands how serious this is, and then they enact policies which reflect the reality of their specific regional area, that’s the best way forward with this.”
