UCLA to participate in White House Water Summit

The first-ever White House Water Summit was held on March 22 to discuss water issues facing American cities and communities. The Obama Administration offered support for ongoing water research and conservation projects around the country, including at UCLA, which was mentioned as one of the 172-odd entities who have made water commitments. Yoram Cohen (Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Sciences – Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering) represented UCLA.
