UCLA Luskin Center study shows low-income Californians benefit from cap-and-trade

A UCLA Luskin Center study conducted by Julien Gattaciecca, Colleen Callahan, and J.R. DeShazo (UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation) has found that low-income households will be protected from the economic burden of cap-and-trade as Californians transition to a cleaner, lower-carbon economy.
