UCLA groups follow in the Sustainable LA Grand Challenge’s footsteps, compete in My LA2050 Grants Challenge

In 2014, the Goldhirsh Foundation awarded $100,000 to the Sustainable LA Grand Challenge as part of the My LA2050 Grants Challenge. This year, two UCLA-affiliated groups—the Now Institute and the South Bay Center for Counseling—have entered the competition and hope to earn funding for civic engagement and urban planning-related projects.
