
The World Logistics Center, a proposed warehouse facility in Moreno Valley the size of 700 football fields, is being criticized as a major threat to air quality in Southern California. UCLA law professor Sean Hecht, co-executive director of the Emmett Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, comments on this issue and the controversial dismissal of the South Coast Air Quality Management District’s executive officer Barry Wallerstein, who vocally opposed the development.
