Synopsis: USA Today published an article about existing solutions to fix climate change and current difficulties implementing them. Swain claimed we currently have the scientific knowledge to address the problem, yet the issue spans far wider. 

UCLA News: Swain discussed what is holding us back from making progress. “Fixing climate change is no longer a technological or scientific problem, it’s a political one. We can solve this problem, we’re just choosing not to.”
