Synopsis: The LAist published an article on utility bill credits going out in April and October to residential energy users. Callahan discussed how these credits are likely to be distributed. 

UCLA News: Callahan discussed the role and importance of utility bill credits. “Credits are an important way the state is trying to achieve its goal of transitioning to a clean energy, low-carbon economy without leaving anyone behind. But the state might want to look into whether the highest income should really be receiving the credit at all, or whether instead we should be diverting those funds to those who really need it.”
