Colleen Callahan discusses how clean vehicles are not being allocated efficiently

Synopsis: ABC7 News described different methods for reducing air pollution, including the increased distribution of electric vehicles in rural areas. Callahan claimed the current allocation of these electric vehicles is inefficient. 

UCLA News: Callahan explained common misconceptions about clean vehicles. “The same Californians who tend to live in communities most affected by air pollution, including pollution from trucks and cars, and other kind of on-road sources, they’re the same ones that you would think we should be getting the access to the clean vehicles. But that’s not always the case.”
