David Eisenman says California is one of few states to implement worker-safety heat regulations

Synopsis: As several cities in Northern California set heat records, some experts are trying to draw more attention to the effects of hot weather. The heat dome punishing the West continued its suffocating stay over California, sending temperatures to all-time highs, making it harder to fight the wildfires that were burning in various parts of the state.
