Synopsis: California’s northern and central regions have sustained the most damage during weeks of endless storms that have left at least 19 dead.
UCLA News: “We are nearing the end of this active cycle — we just need to get through this weekend and Monday,” Swain said, noting that at least one more large storm system is expected to hit the state on Sunday before a shift in the weather patterns brings drier conditions.
